About Tash ❤️
Tash has always been the creative one. From scrapbooking and painting to discovering the world of moulding, she has always loved turning simple ideas into something beautiful. Our daughter introduced her to plaster moulds, and she quickly fell in love with moulding and painting individual pieces and home décor.
What really excites Tash is seeing the possibilities in each piece. A simple round moulded dish, for example, can become something completely different with a little imagination — wrapped in hessian and filled with wax, it can become a beautiful handmade candle.
After leaving the corporate world, Tash decided she wanted to build something of her own, doing something she genuinely loves. Moulded With Love is the result — a business built around creativity, imagination and the joy of making something by hand.
About Darrin ❤️
I’m still not entirely sure how I was roped into this business. One minute I was minding my own business, and the next thing I knew, I was wearing a Moulded With Love apron and taking instructions from Tash!
With around 35 years of experience in sales, my role is a little different from Tash’s. She’s the creative one, while I’m usually found behind the scenes — sourcing raw materials, helping keep things organised, running the website and looking after our social media.
After 26 years together, we’ve shared plenty of adventures, challenges and laughs, and we’ve always been at our best when we’re working as a team. Moulded With Love is simply our latest adventure — something we’re building together, doing something we both enjoy and are proud to be part of. Tash brings the creativity and ideas, while I help turn those ideas into a business. And yes, she still gives most of the instructions — but a better boss I couldn’t wish for.
